Returns and exchanges for physical products

Here at Shop Happies, I'm all about quality and making people happy with what I create. I have carefully chosen top notch products for the shop, just for you!

If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can request to return the item for a full refund within 14 days upon receiving the product.

To get started on a return, please contact me at ally@shophappies.com and I will gladly help you with the process!

 *Please Note: All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer*

 If for any reason your product seems damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at ally@shophappies.com with your order number and images of your product and we will get a replacement sent out to you ASAP.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, I cannot except returns or exchanges. If you have a question about your digital files or need some help, don't hesitate to email me at ally@shophappies.com


Shipping and Production

All physical products are made at time of order and have an average production time of 4-5 business days and have a shipping time of 3-5 business days for USA orders (10-20 business days for everywhere else ) after that. Please note that this is only an estimate.

* Stickers ship out within 1-2 business days and have an estimated arrival time of 3-5 business days ( to U.S. addresses ) after shipping. Please note that this is only an estimate. If a package is delayed, please be patient. Sometimes things can get stuck in transit, but they'll still get to you!

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout time. If an item is returned to us, shipping will need to be repaid at your expense. 

If your item is lost in the mail, please remember that Shop Happies is not responsible for any items once they have been sent out in the mail. If your item is lost in the mail, please contact your local postal service to resolve issues with a lost item.
