Returns and exchanges

All of our items are made at time of order, making them truly unique! No item is printed until and order is placed. Due to the nature of the product being made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If for any reason your product seems damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@shophappies.com with your order number and images of your product and we will get a replacement sent out to you ASAP.

Shipping and Production

All items are made at time of order and have an average production time of 4-5 business days and have a shipping time of 3-5 business days for USA orders (10-20 business days for everywhere else ) after that. Please note that this is only an estimate.

DOORMATS: Doormats have a production time of 5-7 business days and an additional 7-10 business days after that. These cute mats are in high demand, so please keep that in mind when ordering. :)

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout time. If an item is returned to us, shipping will need to be repaid at your expense.

If your item is lost in the mail, please remember that Shop Happies is not responsible for any items once they have been sent out in the mail. If your item is lost in the mail, please contact your local postal service to resolve issues with a lost item.
